Matthew A. Graham, M.D. Medical Director
Dr. Graham is a proud member of the American College of Physicians. It’s his desire for Wellspring Medical Spa & Aesthetics to address health from the inside-out. Appreciating the clinical relevance and beauty of aesthetic medicine, it is the hope of the entire Wellspring staff that client experiences exceed expectations. Standing on the promise to continue bringing the latest in aesthetic medicine and technology to Thomasville, Dr. Graham is proud to offer state of the art, in office, laser liposuction and fat transfer, along with many other in office procedures such as non-surgical face lift and more.
Dr. Graham, whose favorite nickname is daddy, never lives a dull moment as he is happily married with four daughters. Wellness being at the core of his family life, he enjoys the outdoors as well as staying physically active in many different settings.

Rachel Howell, APRN

Rachel Howell is an adult and geriatric nurse practitioner from Nashville, Tennessee. She received her nursing degree from the University of Tennessee and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She has 7 years of nursing experience in critical care, trauma, and neurosurgery.
She has been a resident of Thomasville for 7 years where she lives with her husband Bryan and three small children. She loves this small town that she now calls home and has a passion to bring to Thomasville the latest in medical aesthetics. She seeks to help those in her community to improve their overall sense of well-being, which she believes begins from the inside out. She desires to create lasting relationships with her clients and to be a positive force in their lives. She promises to treat each of her patients with kindness and respect as she helps them achieve their aesthetic goals through safe and effective treatments. Safety, quality and natural results are very important to her.
Crystal George, NP
Crystal is a nurse practitioner, certified through the American Academyof Nurse Practitioners. Crystal joined Wellspring Medical Spa and Aesthetics in 2021. She began working in 2006 as a registered nurse and has experience in women’s care and surgical nursing, while completing her Bachelor Degree in Nursing Science at Thomas University. Crystal advanced her career through University of Alabama at Birmingham to earn her Masters degree in Nursing(NP). Upon graduating in 2012, she has worked for Archbold Memorial Hospital caring for both inpatients and outpatient clinics. She has a strong passion for cosmetic injectables and loves aesthetics, because it allows her to help people feel more confident in their own skin and address their concerns about how they look and feel from the inside out. She is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatment plan. Crystal has had extensive training with Dr. Graham and Rachel and can be found performing multiple treatments including injectables, Fractional plasma treatments, laser technology, PRP treatments, Microneedling, Women’s health with Femilift technology, and assisting Dr. Graham with Liposuction and fat transfer cases. Crystal is a proud Thomasville native and is honored to serve members of her community by providing specialized quality aesthetic care to all. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, three girls, family, friends, and loves anytime spent outdoors.
Kacey Morales, RN
Kacey has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 specializing in Emergency Medicine and Obstetrics. Kacey will not only bring medical experience to our practice, but she has always held a passion for the beauty industry. Kacey received her Master of Cosmetology license in 2005 and never let her passion for aesthetics fade. Kacey plans to continually pursue the art and appreciation of beauty by providing medical grade skin care treatments and education on medical grade skin care products. At Wellspring we believe in educating patients on wellness from the inside out. Our team members are like minded in this pursuit and we are committed to walk with you on your wellness journey.
Kacey has been married to Omar since 2003 and is the proud mother of 4 beautiful kids and 1 precious puppy. In her spare time you will find her loving her family well by supporting them in all they pursue, mostly travel soccer. Kacey shares the common faith and love for Jesus that Wellspring was founded on and looks forward to working with clients to establish and create relationships that are lasting and edifying.
Chelsie Gilligan, Aesthetician
With a long held passion for the beauty industry, Chelsie is excited to join Wellspring Medical Spa & Aesthetics as lead Aesthetician. Having been a licensed Master Cosmetologist since 2013, Chelsie brings a lot of experience and excitement into Wellspring. She is “excited to take on this new roll in this quickly growing industry”. Her passion is to enhance clients natural beauty, specializing in skin care, eyelashes, eyebrows, and sunless tanning. A common thread at Wellspring Medical Spa is that we corporately desire to have a positive impact on each and every person we meet. We plan to do that through our educated team of like minded practitioners.
Chelsie moved to Thomasville from Cumming, Georgia in 2010. She’s been married to Brian since 2013 and they have two sons, Nolan and Chapman, and a Golden Sheepadoodle, Puddles. In her spare time you will most likely find her and her family in downtown Thomasville, dining, shopping, and enjoying the outdoors. Staying true to the core mission of Wellspring Medical Spa & Aesthetics, Chelsie’s life reflects that God is first in her life, followed by her family and of course she holds her clients at a close third.
Brooke Wilson, Aesthetician
Wellspring is so excited to introduce to you, Brooke Wilson. Originally from Ashburn, Ga, Brooke now resides in Moultrie. She is a licensed Aesthetician and lover of all things skincare. You may find her administering her famous Vitamin-C facial, waxing eye brows, conducting a skin care consult, giving someone a beautiful organic tan or so much more! Brooke loves how Esthetics combines health and wellness with beauty. This contagious passion of hers made her a perfect fit for Wellspring Medical.
She “adores helping people gain confidence with every treatment.” Being knowledge about our medical grade skin care lines, Brooke can help come up with a treatment plan and wellness journey that is realistic to you.
In her spare time she enjoys indoor gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She is the proud doggie mama of a sweet pup, Jack, and on the weekends she’s an aspiring golfer.

Rebecca Graham, Personal Trainer
Rebecca Graham is so grateful to be a part of Wellspring Medical Spa & Aesthetics. In practice for 14 years as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition coach, Rebecca has always had a passion for overall wellness. At Wellspring she serves as our personal trainer, nutrition coach, event coordinator, and practice manager. Rebecca’s passion for total wellness came full circle when she and Dr. Graham’s prayer for the timing of opening an Aesthetics practice was answered.
Married for almost a decade, Dr. Graham and Rebecca are the proud mama and daddy to four beautiful girls all under the age of 8. They are humbled by the opportunity to lead their girls in knowing God should be the center of everything they pursue and no part of their life should be lived separate from Him.
In the clinic you will find Rebecca excited to talk about treatment plans/benefits, our wonderful medical grade skincare lines, the best workout and nutrition plan realistic for you, and Jesus. The entire Wellspring staff is excited about what God is doing through Wellspring Medical Spa & Aesthetics. As we seek to enhance your natural beauty from the inside out, it is our desire to create relationships of honesty and trust that have eternal value.
Mychaela Fontana, Massage Therapist
Wellspring is so excited to introduce to you, Mychaela Fontana. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, she now lives in Lakeland, GA after Hurricane Katrina forced them east in 2005.
Mychaela has a degree in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy from Wiregrass Technical College. She is fluent in many specific massage areas and always quick to listen to your needs each session.
Feeling called to change majors to Massage Therapy after having entered college, she never had a clear reason on why she felt that calling. Then, God brought His higher calling for her life full circle and made things clear. “I give all of my praise and thanks to our Lord and Savior, as a kid I knew I wanted to be able to lay my hands on people and let them feel the Holy Spirit flowing from me to them, and God never forgot. Now I am in a workplace where I can physically lay my hands on someone and heal them physically and spiritually.”
This exact quote from this precious soul is what makes her an absolute perfect fit for Wellspring. She exudes confidence and love.
Her hobbies include spending quality time with her friends and family and reading every chance she gets. She also enjoys dirt road riding, and playing her trumpet.
